Al menos tres personas fallecieron, 50 resultaron heridas y 70 están desaparecidas después de que un edificio se derrumbara en Bangkok tras un sismo de magnitud 7,7 que sacudió este viernes Birmania y se sintió fuertemente en Tailandia, que ha declarado el estado de emergencia.
El gobernador de Bangkok, Chadchart Sittipunt cifró hoy en tres el número de fallecidos en el edificio hundido que se encontraba en su fase final de construcción en la zona de Chatuchak, donde se ubica un popular y turístico mercado callejero.
Por su parte, el Instituto Nacional de Medicina de Emergencia (INME) de Bangkok dijo en un comunicado que al menos 50 resultaron heridas y 70 aún están desaparecidas en ese mismo lugar.
